長崎皿うどん| 中央軒

お昼ご飯は、大阪市内にある中央軒で皿うどんを食べてました。 実は、ココ友人に教えもらったお店なんです。 こいつに、お酢をいっぱいかけて食べたら美味しかったですよ。 今度は、麺が長崎から直送されている、チャンポンを食べてみるかな。

カリフラワーのピクルス

今日は、酸っぱいものが食べたくてカリフラワーのピクルスを作ってみました。 先ずは、カリフラワーを一口サイズに切り塩をかけておきます。 米酢を煮立て塩等の調味料で味を整えた物と、カリフラワーを合わせアラ熱をとり冷蔵庫で冷やした食べられます。

恵比寿にあるシンガポールレストラン新東記(シン・トン・キー)に行ってきました。 久しぶりの骨肉茶美味しかった〜 そう、そう、このスープには、パクチーと赤唐辛子がよく合います。
